Plain version: the only personal information we get is what you choose to send us by email, text or phone. The forms on this site don't store anything. They open your own email app with your message filled in, and it only reaches us if you press Send. This site runs no analytics, no ads and no tracking. Behind the scenes an AI assistant helps us sort and draft email, and a person reads and approves every email before it is sent.

What we collect, and why
When you request a consultation or an appointment
The forms ask for your name and email (required, so we can reply) and, only if you want to give them, your business name, phone number, preferred date and time, and a note about what you need. Submitting a form opens your email app with those details in a message to us, and nothing is sent until you press Send. We use it only to reply, arrange the meeting and do the work you ask for.
When you text, call or email us
We receive your phone number or email address and whatever you write, and use it the same way.
When we email you first
We sometimes introduce ourselves to local businesses by email. We only use a business contact address that the business itself has published: on its own website, in a chamber of commerce directory, or in a public business listing. Every email of this kind says who we are, gives our postal address and tells you how to stop them. Reply "no thanks" and we will not email you again.
When you just browse
Nothing is collected by this website itself. Our host keeps standard server logs, and Google Fonts sees your IP address (see the table below).
What we never collect
No payment details, government ID numbers, precise location, or information from children. The QR code on the site is generated in your browser and contains only our email link.
Who else is involved
We keep this list complete. If a service is not on it, it doesn't touch your information through this website.

AI and automated decisions
This website has no AI features or chatbots. Away from the website, we use an AI assistant to help with email: it sorts replies to emails we have sent, looks up publicly available information about businesses, and helps draft our messages. That means the text of an email you send us may be processed by the providers named above. A person reads and approves every email before it goes out. We don't make automated decisions about you, and a request to stop hearing from us is honored permanently.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries only as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and client records for as long as the engagement lasts plus the period our tax and business records must be kept. Ask and we'll delete anything we aren't required to keep.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold to a minimum.
Your rights and choices
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, except for anything we're legally required to keep. Email clarkesolutionsinc@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We'll never charge you for this or treat you differently for asking.
Depending on where you live you may have extra rights, for example under California's CCPA/CPRA, other US state privacy laws, or the UK and EU GDPR. Contact us and we'll honor whichever applies to you.
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising or any other purpose, and we don't use it to build profiles about you.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes
If what we collect changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
