Clarke Solutions, Inc.

Terms & Conditions

Last updated October 7, 2026

Plain version: the first consultation is free and commits you to nothing. Any paid work is priced in writing before it starts, and that written agreement covers payment, cancellation and refunds. We give advice and do the work carefully, but we can't guarantee business results.

1. Who these terms are with

These terms apply to your use of clarkesolutionsinc.com and to consultations booked through it, with Clarke Solutions, Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Free consultations and appointment requests

Requesting a consultation or appointment on this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. We confirm the time by email or text. The first consultation is free, and neither side is obliged to anything after it.

3. Paid work

We only start paid work after you've agreed a written proposal or engagement letter covering the scope, price and timing. If that document conflicts with these terms, the document wins.

4. Payments, cancellation and refunds

5. Our advice

We work carefully and in good faith, but business outcomes depend on many things outside our control. Nothing on this site or in our work is a guarantee of savings, profit or any particular result. The site's content is general information, not legal, tax, financial or investment advice.

6. Confidentiality

We keep what you share with us about your business confidential and use it only to do the work, unless you agree otherwise or the law requires disclosure.

7. Using this site

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, scrape it at scale or send us spam through it. The text, design, logo and images belong to Clarke Solutions, Inc. or its licensors. You may share links to the site freely.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. For paid work, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the work in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Before anything else, we'd ask you to email us so we can try to sort out any disagreement directly.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published on the date you used the site or signed your agreement.
